Each of our products - from bowls to pet beds, from elevated feeders to living room accessories - is made entirely in Italy with the utmost care for detail and the selection of materials for the well-being of the users and for the environment.

2. Products covered

All products in the Musonero catalog are covered by the 24-month legal warranty: bowls, bowl stands, pet beds, living room accessories, and other accessories.

3. What we guarantee

✓ Total protection against defects in production and materials
✓ Full coverage for breakage due to normal use according to instructions

4. What is not covered

• Natural wear and tear due to time and daily use
• Damage from improper use, negligence, or prolonged exposure to weather conditions
• Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized third parties
• Accidental damage (drops, impacts, contact with chemical substances)

5. Who it applies to and how long it lasts

• Duration: 24 months from the date of receipt of the product
• Beneficiary: Original purchaser only (non-transferable)
• Validity: As long as the product is used correctly

6. How to activate the warranty 

Simply:

• Purchase directly from Musonero or authorized retailers

The warranty is automatically activated at the time of purchase.
