Refund policy

The product can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt by sending a written notice to the email address info@musonero.it or by contacting the support available via chat.

In the event of withdrawal, the customer must return the product without delay and, in any case, no later than 30 days from the date of receipt.

Musonero will process the request, arrange for home collection of the product through its designated courier, and inform the customer of the timing and method of product shipment. Shipping costs will be borne by Musonero, except in the following cases:

• If the customer chooses a type of delivery or shipping service different from the one offered;

• If the return relates to an order for which shipping costs were applied due to not meeting the minimum threshold required for free shipping. In such cases, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, after the product has been received and its condition verified.

Musonero will not accept returns if the product is damaged. In such cases, Musonero will return the purchased product to the customer, charging the shipping costs to the customer.

If the customer receives a product damaged during transport, they must promptly notify customer@musonero.it,providing the order number, their email address, and attaching clear and complete photographs of the damaged product and the external packaging. Upon receiving the report and photographic documentation, Musonero will provide the customer with all necessary instructions for handling the claim and, where applicable, for the replacement or refund of the product.
